Caite Stevens, CIP, BIDA® is the Chief Technology Officer for XML Financial Group, providing visionary guidance and execution for the firm’s strategic technological evolution. With a passion for innovation and a wealth of technical expertise across many domains, Caite is committed to keeping XML at the forefront of digital advancements to ensure the continued delivery of secure and robust solutions. With a comprehensive background encompassing cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, data analytics, process optimization, and automation, Caite brings more than two decades of cross functional wealth management experience to XML. She has held leadership roles in a broad variety of functions, including Technology, client service, client operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and HR, within a diverse spectrum of firms ranging from start-up RIAs to large multi-national investment banks.

EDUCATION & DESIGNATIONS

Caite earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virgnia Tech. She earned a Certified Information Professional (CIP) designation in 2017, and a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA®) certification in 2023. Caite lives with her husband and girls in rural Maryland and has too many hobbies.
