Education & Philanthropy

Nicole’s associate’s degree in psychology and a rich history of customer service and management experience, brings a unique perspective to her role. Prior to joining XML in 2014 (previously Lara, May & Associates), she was the Chief Operating Officer of a travel company, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Nicole holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 qualifications and is a licensed insurance agent. Committed to continuous learning, she actively pursues additional licensing and stays up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations. Recently relocated from Colorado to XML’s headquarters in Bethesda, Nicole embraces the opportunity to be closer to her family while continuing to serve and support her clients. Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicole is an avid animal lover and cherishes quality time with her two dogs and husband.
