Theresa Kosma joined XML in 2012 and has over 25 years of executive-level experience in her field of Administration. She currently assists three Wealth Advisors and their clients by providing organization, account servicing and a high level of service. Over the years, she has actively sought to stay current with the ever-changing corporate world and technology by taking education courses in computers, software, writing, business administration and more.

Education & Philanthropy

Prior to joining LMA, Theresa worked for several mid-size and large companies as an Executive Assistant to Owners and Presidents. She worked at Isomet Corporation for 13 years and then went on to work for McDonough Bolyard Peck, a company based out of Fairfax, Virginia that ranks in the top 100 largest construction management companies in the country. She then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was an Executive Assistant for the largest construction company in the world, Bovis Lend Lease. Her love of Northern Virginia eventually brought her back to the area, though, and ultimately to XML. In 2004, Theresa was voted Team Member of the Year by her peers at McDonough Bolyard Peck, and in 2007, she was voted Rookie of the Year by Bovis Lend Lease. She holds memberships with the National Association of Executive Secretaries and the International Association of Administrative Professionals. Theresa graduated from Woodbridge Senior High School and attended Northern Virginia Community College for all her administrative and business courses. She currently lives in Lake Ridge, Virginia with her two fur babies (Tigger and Gabby). Theresa loves spending her spare time with family and working in her garden.
