Chief Operating Officer
Todd Kullen is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive, tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of XML Financial Group. Todd reports directly to the CEO, Brett Bernstein, with a focus on executing on the company’s well-designed business plan. In addition to adhering to the business plan, Todd ensures the firm has proper operational, administrative and reporting controls in place to satisfy the needs of our staff and clients. Todd joined XML Financial in 2016 and has 25 years of operational and management experience in Finance, Mortgage and Real Estate. Todd currently sits on the Leadership, Operations and Investment Committees for XML.
Education & Philanthropy
Todd studied international business and finance at Arizona State University while traveling to Japan, China and Hong Kong, then completed his degree in communications at Emerson College in Boston.Wondering if there might be something more you and your money could do?
