When she moved to Virginia, she was the Business Administration Manager for a fast-paced IT company out of Tysons Corner. Ready for change, Jaime first joined XML as the Falls Church Office Administrator. She soon became a Client Services Associate, working with senior Advisors. She worked closely with clients, ensuring their needs were met and their concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Jaime’s customer service skills shined through during her personal interactions in the office or over the phone, whether with clients or with colleagues.

Jaime’s dedication to excellence and her strong attention to detail paved the way for her transition into a career in compliance. She discovered a passion for regulatory work and, in 2023, earned her FINRA Series 14 to become a Compliance Officer. Today, she continues to support XML’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.
