Noory’s focus on holistic financial planning informs the investment strategies for each client. She utilizes her education in economics and over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry to serve the unique needs and goals of clients through personalized, goal-oriented, and comprehensive advice. She is committed to serving in the best interests of clients and advocates for financial literacy with a belief that knowledge and choice is power. Her mission is to take the financial worry out of planning for the future so her clients can focus on what they love and enjoy.

Education

 Noory earned a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction in Economics, from San Diego State University and continued her studies, successfully completing the American Economic Association’s Summer Training Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2018 and is committed to serving the best interests of her clients. 

Philanthropy

Noory supports Northern Virginia Family Services and Afghan-American Women’s Association (A-AWA) through her volunteering and advocacy efforts. She also fosters for the Humane Society of Fairfax County and 4Paws Rescue Team when she is able. Noory enjoys spending time outdoors and enjoying the diverse cultural and arts offerings in Northern Virginia and her home state of Southern California.
